FODMAP-friendly Organic Beef Bone Broth
Our FODMAP-friendly, Organic Dehydrated Beef Bone Broth is made using certified organic ingredients and contains no preservatives, additives or fillers. Just real food ingredients! Simmered for 48 hours we then dehydrate the broth at low temperature over 20 hours. This ensures that the integrity of the minerals and amino acids and hence the nutritional quality of our broth is retained.
All our broths can be used as a health tonic (1-3 cups per day) or as the base for soups, risottos, meat dishes, crumbing mix, smoothies or simply sprinkled over any meal. A great option for busy lives and travel!
Serving size: 1 heaped teaspoon to 200ml boiled water - providing an incredible, cost-effective, healthy beef broth.

Our Organic Dehydrated Vegetable Miso Broth is FODMAP-friendly, ideal perfect for vegetarians or vegans, or a delicious alternative to our other broths. Made using certified organic ingredients it contains no preservatives, additives or fillers. Just real food ingredients! The inclusion of agar agar provides a digestive benefit while medicinal spices add healing benefits and delicious aromatic flavour making this more than just your usual vegetable stock!

FODMAP-friendly Tallow
Often referred to as an “old fashioned fat”, historically tallow was the primary fat used for cooking and frying thanks to its unusually high smoke point of 250 degrees, making it a healthy option for these cooking processes.
Simply add a tablespoon to your roasting dish or frypan and use as you would any other cooking oil, with the addition of extra flavour and benefits!
