At tonemade, food provenance is of the utmost importance and we want you to know exactly where the ingredients in our organic bone broth powders powders are sourced. Our bone broths contain ONLY real food ingredients with no preservatives, additives, fillers or artificial flavours. The selection of our ingredients also mean that our bone broths are free from hormones, antibiotics and chemicals.
It is important to us that the beef and chicken we use are not only farmed organically but also with an ethical philosophy which is why we have carefully selected these suppliers.
We source the highest quality, ethically raised, 100% grass-fed beef and marrow bones from the amazing Cherry Tree Organics located only 10 minutes from our production kitchen! We have had a very close relationship with Shane Blundy, the farmer behind Cherry Tree Organics, for over 12 years and have the utmost respect for his farming philosophy and practices. Certified organic and ethically raised chickens are sourced through the passionate farmers at Bendele Farm. We source the only certified organic agar-agar in the world through Nat-Ali and certified organic fermented genmai miso through Spiral Foods for the additional ingredients used in our vegetable miso broth.
Hazeldean Forest Farm, located in the gorgeous Strzelecki Ranges, in West Gippsland, are our local certified organic supplier of apple cider vinegar.
Certified organic vegetables are sourced through the Melbourne Markets from dedicated certified organic suppliers and certified organic spices through reputable wholesale suppliers in Melbourne.

Cherry Tree Organics
Based in Tarwin Lower, South Gippsland Cherry Tree Organics is a producer of certified organic grass fed beef and lamb from family farm 'Cherry Tree Downs'.
Ethically produced, they practice traditional farming methods breeding slow-growing cattle and allowing them to reach maturity naturally. Angus and Hereford cattle are bred on the farm and enjoy a low stress life in a natural environment. Raised on their mother's milk until they naturally wean, the cattle are then fed 100% on fresh organic pasture. Through producing, growing, butchering and delivering their meat and bones to their customers, Cherry Tree Organics look after their animals from 'paddock to plate'.
Bendele Farm
Fred and Sarah Sterns moved to Bendele Farm in 2004 to commence growing, processing and supplying certified organic poultry.
It was important for Sarah & Fred to create a farm where the land can maintain its fertility whilst producing exceptionally good food for their poultry without the use of synthetic chemicals or fertilisers, therefore maintaining and enhancing the essential elements of organic farming.
"Our farm is dedicated to working with nature not against it, which means our chicken is free from chemical pesticides, growth promotants, herbicides, antibiotics and genetic modifications.”
Bendele Farm is situated east of the small historic town of Kilkivan in the South Burnett region of South East Queensland, approximately 1.5 hours from Noosa.
