SHIPPING & PACKING COSTS

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. Shipping within Australia starts from $9 nationwide. Costs will vary based on weight, and if you opt for Express Post Shipping. We also offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia Wide on all orders over $100.

For international customers delivery costs vary depending on destination and weight. These prices are available at the shopping cart – please insert destination country to select the available postage options to your destination. Please note that additional taxes/VAT (ie United Kingdom) may be imposed and you should make the appropriate enquiries with your Customs office. 

We process orders once a day and the cut off for next business day shipping is 2pm. Once collected by Australia Post orders are usually delivered within 3-7 days. For customers in Perth and WA, please note that the delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days. Express post is available and is recommended to for WA customers or those in remote areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order after purchase and before dispatch, please email immediately to info@tonemade.com.au to advise of cancellation.

Change of mind?
For cancellations received after purchase and after dispatch – goods can be returned (at your own expense) within 7 days after receiving your order provided that the products have not been opened.  Please return items to Tonemade, 60 Cashin St, Inverloch, VIC, 3996.  Refunds will be made to the credit card that was utilised to place the order at the time of purchase within 24-48 hours.

RETURNS

In the event that you wish to return the goods, the cost of returning goods is at your own expense. Products cannot be returned once the cancellation period has been exceeded (see above).

In the event that your item is incorrect or damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will rectify this error as soon as possible at our expense.
